“Turning the Hourglass” will see an afternoon of lively debate, conversation, stories and discussions on the role that arts, culture, creativity and heritage can play in inspiring communities to challenge existing power structures and influence decision-making. It’s an opportunity to challenge assumptions and ask “so what?”, when it comes to investing in places and communities.

The event is funded by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation through their “Arts Access & Participation” programme
