The Index Music Durham Report is Here

Durham City PlaceLab, an Into the Light project, has been working with Index Music, which was commissioned to carry out research about the music community of County Durham. Between January and March 2025, Index Music gathered insights and information from local musicians, promoters, educators and music lovers.

A report is now available that highlights the strengths and challenges within the community which offers practical recommendations to support its growth and sustainability.
